Extended Returns Policy

We have extended our Returns Policy for Christmas 2016. Orders placed after 20th November 2016 are eligible to returned until 4th January 2017.

Free instore returns for all online purchases

Seed Heritage gladly offers the ability to return or exchange your items within the country of purchase. We offer a full refund or credit note on all full price items purchased and offer the ability to exchange or receive a credit note on all sale items purchased within 14 days of the date of purchase. Sale items purchased can only be exchanged in store and are classified by a red markdown sticker or found under the sale and outlet categories online. Styles that are purchased during a promotional period (for example 20% off storewide) are eligable to be returned for a full refund and/or exchange. In order to qualify for a refund or exchange all items must be unworn, with the tags attached and provided with a receipt. Please note that should you wish to return or exchange an item in store the store must stock the respective department.There are three easy ways to return your Seed Heritage items.

How do I return or exchange an item?

A receipt is required as proof of purchase on all refunds and exchanges.

If you are sending your unworn items to our Return orders address, please allow 2 weeks for your account to be credited.  

 

Full price items can be returned to any Australian Seed Heritage concept stores (excluding David Jones or Myer).Please note that should you wish to return an item in store the store must stock the respective department.

Australian customers: returns must be sent within 14 days of receiving the order.

International customers: returns must be sent within 30 days of receiving the order.

We cannot faciliate exchanges via mail and suggest returning and repurchasing the desired replacements items for the quickest turnaround. Alternatively, should you wish to exchange one of your items within your order please visit you local Australian concept store that stocks the relevant department. 

Please note orders from our online store cannot be returned to our Hong Kong, Singapore or New Zealand concept store locations.

Seed Heritage does not offer refunds on sale items however, we do offer the ability to exchange within 14days at any Seed Heritage concept store that stock the respective department. 

Concept store You can return your eligible items to any Seed Heritage concept store for an exchange, gift card or refund.

We only offer refunds on full priced items which are unworn and in their original condition. All full priced items may be returned within 14 days of the purchase date 

Seed Heritage only offers exchanges on change of mind sale items. 

Please note that in order to qualify for a refund or exchange the concept store that stock the respective department. 

David Jones All unworn items in their original condition can be returned to any Seed Heritage within David Jones. Unworn items in their original condition may be returned to David Jones within 30 days of the purchase date.
Myer All unworn items in their original condition can be returned to any Seed Heritage within Myer. Unworn items in their original condition may be returned to Myer within 30 days of the purchase date.
 

Returning intimates and jewellery

We recommend that you choose carefully a we do not offer refunds or exchanges on underwear, earrings, swimwear, cosmetics or bathroom products, unless the items are faulty.
