APPLICATION OF THIS RETURNS POLICY

Please note that the returns policy set out on this page applies only to returns due to change of mind or unsuitable choice (eg incorrect size etc). Such returns are available in addition to your statutory rights. Nothing in this policy is intended to in any way limit or vary the application of your statutory rights.

Return and Exchange Policy

To qualify for a refund or exchange an item must be unworn, in original condition, with the tags attached and provided with a receipt. Please note that you may only return or exchange an item in store to a store that stocks the class of goods you wish to return or exchange. The return or exchange of any Seed Heritage item purchased in a MYER or David Jones store is governed by the returns policies of the relevant department store, and can only be made through MYER or David Jones (as applicable). We cannot accept the return or exchange of Seed Heritage purchases in MYER or David Jones stores at Seed Heritage stores or by mail.

All full priced items, excluding lingerie, swimwear, cosmetics and jewellery (unless required by law) can be returned within 14 days of purchase or delivery (if purchased online).

Sale and outlet items are not eligible for refunds, but can be exchanged for other items or a gift card. Sale/outlet items are classified by a red markdown sticker or found in the sale and outlet categories online. Styles that are full price (white sticker) purchased during a promotional period (for example 20% off storewide) are eligible to be returned for a full refund or exchange.

The same method of payment used to make your purchase must be used for any return or exchange. Orders made via Paypal may be refunded to the credit or EFTPOS card of your choice: please note that the cardholder name must be identical on both the original invoice and a form of photo identification must be presented. If any of the above cannot be provided, a gift card will be issued.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM THAT I PURCHASED ONLINE?

  3. Please securely package your items
  4. Post your return to:

We cannot accept the return or exchange of Seed Heritage purchases in MYER or David Jones stores at Seed Heritage stores or by mail.

As Seed Heritage is not liable for the loss of an item being returned we recommend that you return items using registered mail.

Please allow 2 weeks for your account to be credited if eligible. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

To return your item/s in store:

Please visit your local store with the items and your order confirmation email, and our store team would be happy to assist you with your refund or exchange as subject to our Return and Exchange Policy. You may only return an item at a store which stocks the class of goods you wish to return or exchange.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM THAT I PURCHASED AT A SEED HERITAGE RETAIL STORE LOCATION?

You may only return an item at a store which stocks the class of goods you wish to return or exchange. Please note this includes but is not limited to Outlet items that can only be exchanged in a Seed Heritage Outlet store.

Any return or exchange is subject to our Return and Exchange policy.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM I PURCHASED FROM DAVID JONES OR MYER?

Seed Heritage items purchased in a David Jones or MYER store are subject to those stores’ returns policies and procedures. Please visit our store locator to locate your nearest Seed Heritage store within David Jones or MYER.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM I HAVE PURCHASED?

At this time, we cannot facilitate online exchanges via mail and suggest returning and repurchasing the desired replacement items for the quickest turnaround. Alternatively, please visit your nearest Seed Heritage retail store location (excluding David Jones or MYER).

FREE RETURNS WITH PAYPAL

If you need to send something back, PayPal will refund your return shipping costs on eligible purchases with Refunded Returns.*

This service is available at no additional cost to PayPal account holders who have registered for it at www.paypal.com.au/returns and used PayPal to pay for their online order.

Please note this service is provided by PayPal and all enquiries should be directed to PayPal customer service.
