DO I QUALIFY FOR A RETURN?

In order to qualify for a refund or exchange all items must be unworn, with the tags attached and provided with a receipt. Please note that should you wish to return or exchange an item in store the store must stock the respective department. All full priced items, excluding lingerie, swimwear, cosmetics and jewellery (unless faulty) can be returned within 14 days of purchase or delivery (if purchased online). Please note that sale and outlet items are not eligible for a change of mind return. Sale items are classified by a red markdown sticker or found under the sale and outlet categories online. Styles that are purchased during a promotional period (for example 20% off storewide) are eligible to be returned for a full refund and/or exchange.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM THAT I PURCHASED ONLINE?

To return your item/s via mail:

  1. Please include your receipt and your returns form. DOWNLOAD THIS HERE
  2. Please securely package your items
  3. Post your return to:
    Seed Heritage
    PO Box 92
    Niddrie VIC 3042

As Seed Heritage is not liable for the loss of an item being returned, we recommend that you mail the item back to us using a trackable method of postage as customers are responsible for return postage costs.

Please allow 2 weeks for your account to be credited, and you will be notified via email once your eligible refund has been processed.

If you have changed your mind regarding an item you purchased on sale, please note that you will only be eligible for an exchange only.

To return your item/s in store:

Please visit your local store with the items and your order confirmation email, and our store team would be happy to assist you with your refund or exchange as required. You may only return an item at a store which stocks the class of goods you wish to return or exchange.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM THAT I PURCHASED AT A SEED HERITAGE RETAIL STORE LOCATION?

All full priced items, excluding swimwear and jewellery, which are unworn and in their original condition can be returned within 14 days to an Australian Seed Heritage retail store location (excluding David Jones or Myer).

Please note that proof of purchase (i.e. your store receipt) is required.

If you have changed your mind regarding an item you purchased on sale, please note that you will only be eligible for an exchange only.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM I PURCHASED FROM DAVID JONES OR MYER?

Seed Heritage items purchased in a David Jones or Myer are subject to their returns policies and procedures. Please visit our Store locator to locate your nearest Seed Heritage store within David Jones or Myer

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM I HAVE PURCHASED?

We cannot facilitate online exchanges via mail and suggest returning and repurchasing the desired replacements items for the quickest turnaround. Alternatively, please visit your nearest Seed Heritage retail store location (excluding David Jones or Myer).

I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER, HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED ONLINE?

All full priced items, excluding swimwear, cosmetics and jewellery, that are unworn and in their original condition can be returned either via mail or to a Seed Heritage retail store location (excluding David Jones or Myer) within 14 days of delivery.

If you need to send something back, PayPal will refund your return shipping costs on eligible purchases with Refunded Returns.*

This service is available at no additional cost to PayPal account holders who have registered for it at www.paypal.com.au/returns and used PayPal to pay for their online order.

Please note this service is provided by PayPal and all enquiries should be directed to PayPal customer service.
