Terms and Conditions

Seed Heritage e-gift cards (e-gift cards) are available for amounts between $20 and $500.
Please treat e-gift cards like cash. Lost or stolen e-gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
Subject to our fraud review process and technology service providers, e-gift cards are generally emailed to the designated recipient within 30 minutes after purchase.
E-gift cards can be redeemed for purchases at Seed Heritage online or at our Australian, New Zealand, Hong Kong or Singapore concept stores; and can only be redeemed at the website or concept store using the same currency the e-gift card was purchased in.
E-gift cards cannot be redeemed for purchases at Seed Heritage Concession Stores (David Jones, Myer, Ballantynes, Harvey Nichols, The Jewel and Takashimaya).
E-gift cards can be redeemed in whole or for part of a payment, when used in conjunction with another tender method (excluding Apple pay, Afterpay & ZipPay).
Purchases made using an e-gift card in conjunction with another tender method will be available for in-store exchange or alternatively, a refund can be processed. The refund amount will be processed back to the gift card first, prior to the secondary payment method.
E-gift cards are not redeemable for cash or credit, and no change will be given.
E-gift cards expire 3 years after the date of purchase.
If an incorrect pin is entered three times, the E-gift cards will be automatically locked for 24 hours. Should this occur, please contact Customer Care for assistance.
