When you’re shopping with Seed Heritage, we want you to feel confident and safe. We have recently come across a number of online scams imitating Seed Heritage with the aim of obtaining customers’ private information.

These fraudulent sites are not affiliated with Seed Heritage in any way and should not be trusted. Please take care to only shop through our official retail channels which are our Seed Heritage stores, http://seedheritage.com, Myer, David Jones, and The Iconic.

Customers should also beware of suspicious emails, text messages, and social media pages. Please report any of these to both the relevant platform and to our customer care team. If we need to contact you regarding your order, the email will come from [email protected].

Seed Heritage does not wholesale to nor operate official stores on Taobao, Tmall, Alibaba, AliExpress, Pinduoduo, DealDash, Temu, or any similar marketplace. Any Seed Heritage products listed on these platforms are unauthorised and may be counterfeit, misrepresented or unsafe. For your security and to ensure product authenticity, please purchase only through our official retail channels listed above.

On social media, please note that all Seed Heritage profiles will have a verified blue tick next to the account name. If you receive a message from an account that looks like ours, but does not have verification, it is not our authentic account, and should be blocked and reported.

If you have made a purchase through one of these fraudulent sites, please contact your bank regarding any charges to your account. You are also welcome to contact us with any further questions or concerns.
