Orders are typically processed and dispatched within one to three (1-3) business days.

During peak sales and promotional periods, some items in your Seed Heritage Online order may become unavailable prior to dispatch. If this occurs, you will be notified via email, and the unavailable item(s) will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.

International Delivery

Seed Heritage Online offers international delivery to New Zealand and 38 other countries. For shipping outside of Australia; visit our New Zealand website for delivery details. For all other international orders, visit our International website.

Click & Collect

Our free Click & Collect service is available at selected Seed Heritage stores. Simply shop online and choose Click & Collect at checkout. We’ll let you know at checkout if your product is available for collection.


How Do I Place A Click & Collect Order?


  • Browse our website and select the items you wish to purchase.
  • At checkout, choose Click & Collect as your delivery method. You will then be able to see if your preferred store is available for Click & Collect.
  • Proceed with the usual checkout process, and we will confirm availability.
  • Your order will be processed and ready for collection within 2 business days. You will receive a "Ready for Collection" email once your order is available. Please check your junk folder if you do not receive it.
  • Visit the selected store with a valid photo ID (e.g., driver’s license) and your order confirmation to collect your items.

Frequently Asked Questions

Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be processed and ready to collect. You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection. If you cannot see an email, please check your junk folder.

You will need to bring a valid form of photo ID such as your driver’s license.

If you're unable to collect your order yourself, please contact our Customer Care team to arrange for someone to collect it on your behalf.

Please collect your order within 5 days of receiving your "Ready for Collection" email and text message.

If you need more time, we recommend contacting the store directly to let them know. Alternatively, you can reach out to our Customer Care team for assistance.

We are not able to make changes to an order once it has been placed. If you need the order to be cancelled, please contact our Customer Care team.

You can return your Click & Collect order either in store or online.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship orders placed using the Click & Collect service. However, our Customer Care team can assist you in cancelling the order so that you can place a new one online with shipping selected. Please contact Customer Care here for assistance.

Gift Wrapping

Most Seed Heritage products can be gift wrapped when you order via Click & Collect. However, a small number of styles are not suitable for our gift wrap service, as they do not fit in the largest box we have available. This is noted on the product page for each style. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Yes. By default, Click & Collect items will be gift wrapped together. However, if you would like to wrap some items separately, please call the store you will be collecting from ahead of time or speak with a staff member when you arrive.

Your items will be partially boxed and ready for you to check in person when you arrive, and from there, our team will finish wrapping them according to your preferences.

Store To Door

Store to Door is a complimentary service available at our concept (standalone) store locations. If a product is unavailable at the store you are visiting, our in-store team can place an order on your behalf for delivery directly to your door at no additional cost. Terms and conditions apply.
