Seed Heritage Returns Policy
In addition to your Statutory Rights, the Seed Heritage Returns Policy sets out how you can return your purchase from a Seed Heritage Concept Store, Seed Heritage Outlet Store or Seed Heritage Online (excluding Seed Heritage Concession Stores in department stores) because you:
- Changed your mind; or
- Purchased an incorrect size and the product doesn't fit.
You can return your purchase for an exchange or refund under this Returns Policy if:

The product is returned within 30 days for both in-store and online purchases.

You return the product in its original condition, unworn and with the tags attached (and the product is not an Excluded Product)

You supply the store receipt/tax invoice or online order confirmation email as proof of purchase
Unless required by local law, the following items are excluded from our returns policy and cannot be returned due to change of mind or incorrect size/fit:
- Gift cards (including eGift Cards)
- Swimwear (except where hygiene seals are intact)
- Underwear/Lingerie/Bodysuits
- Hair accessories (may be returned only if in original packaging)
- Cosmetics
- Earrings
- Room Sprays/Burner Oils
- Personalised items
If you believe your item may be faulty or not as described, you are entitled to request an exchange or refund, subject to inspection by a Seed Heritage staff member. All products must undergo an inspection to clearly identify the fault before a resolution can be provided.
Seed Heritage reserves the right to refuse the return of a faulty product if, after inspection, we reasonably determine that the fault is a result of:
- Damage caused by neglect or misuse (for example, treatment inconsistent with the product's care instructions or wash guide); or
- Usual wear and tear following use of the product.
In-store purchases:
If your item was purchased in store please visit one of our concept (standalone) Seed Heritage stores for your faulty item to be assessed by one of our team members.
Online Purchases:
If you purchased your item online and believe it is faulty, please contact Customer Care first with a photo of the fault for assistance. Alternatively, you can visit one of our Concept (standalone) stores for assessment.
Online purchases:
Sale items can be returned via post for a full refund. Please note, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. To return an item, please follow the standard return process and complete the Return by Post Form (PDF).
In-store purchases:
Sale items purchased in-store are eligible for exchange only, subject to stock availability. Please visit one of our Concept (standalone) stores for assistance with your exchange.
Products purchased from our outlet stores cannot be returned online. These items can only be returned in-store at one of our outlet locations for an exchange. Please note, no refunds are offered for outlet purchases.

[2] Seed Heritage Stores: Sale and Outlet products are identified by their "red sticker". Seed Heritage Online: Sale and Outlet products are identified by their advertisement in the "Sale" or "Outlet" categories.
[3] Return options are only available at Seed Heritage Stores in the same country as the Purchase Location which stock the same class or category of product that you would like to return. For example, Seed Heritage Concept Stores which only stocks Full Price and Sale Baby and Child products can only accept the return of Full Price and Sale Baby and Child Products and cannot accept the return of Women's or Outlet products. [4] If your purchase is eligible for a refund, the same payment used for the purchase, must be used for the refund. You must present photo identification at the time of refund. Your photo identification and the cardholder or account name associated with the payment used must match. If this is not possible, a Returns/Gift Card will be issued for the refund amount.
[5] Seed Heritage is not liable for the in-transit damage or loss of products returned by post to Seed Heritage Online Returns. Seed Heritage recommends that you only use post services with insurance and tracking. Please allow two (2) weeks for your return to be processed once received by Seed Heritage Online returns.
[6] Delivery fees for Seed Heritage Online purchases and postage costs for the "return to online" return option are non-refundable under this returns policy.
[7] Purchases made using a gift card, pre-paid gift-cards (such as VISA, Mastercard and TCN) , will be available for in-store exchange, or alternatively the funds can be re-issued on a company branded gift card. Nothing in this policy is intended to detract from your statutory rights that may apply if there is a problem with a product.
Return Options
- Instant Product Exchange
- Purchases can be returned for an instant exchange of the same value, or for a higher-value product by paying the difference. If exchanging for a lower-value product, a partial refund will be provided.
- Refund
- Your purchase can be returned for a refund to the original method of payment.
- Returns/Gift Card
- The purchase can be returned for a refund to a gift card.

Seed Heritage products purchased at a department store (also known as concession store) are subject to the department store's returns policy. Please contact the department store to confirm their returns policy.

International purchases can be sent back to our Online Returns Facility at your own cost (unless faulty or not as described). Please contact our Customer Care team for more information.
Purchases made on our international website cannot be returned in store.
Returns Via Post
The returns via post option is available for refund, not exchange, for Seed Heritage Online orders.

1. Complete the 'Return by Post' Form
Fill out the 'Return by Post' form and print a copy to include with your parcel. If the Return by Post Form is incomplete or not included, the parcel may be returned to sender.

2. Pack Your Items and Prepare the Label
Securely package your items and create your returns label using the below portal from Aus Post. Click Get Started below to create the label. Postage costs for the "return to online" option are non-refundable under this returns policy.

3. Post Your Parcel to our Warehouse
Drop your parcel at any Australia Post drop-box or post office.

4. Your Return will be Processed
Once received, your return will be processed within 5–10 business days. When your return is processed, we will send you a confirmation email.

Or for $10.95 easily return your parcel with Australia Post.
Customers are responsible for all return postage costs for change-of-mind returns and exchanges from online orders. For items that are faulty or not as described, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance.
