  • Seed Heritage e-gift cards (e-gift cards) are available for amounts between $20 and $500.
  • Please treat e-gift cards like cash. Lost or stolen e-gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
  • Subject to our fraud review process and technology service providers, e-gift cards are generally emailed to the designated recipient within 30 minutes after purchase.
  • E-gift cards can be redeemed for purchases at Seed Heritage Online and at any of our Australian, New Zealand, Hong Kong or Singapore Stores, excluding Seed Heritage Concession Stores (David Jones, Myer, Ballantynes, Harvey Nichols, The Jewel and Takashimaya).
  • E-gift cards can be redeemed in whole or for part of a payment.
  • E-gift cards are not redeemable for cash or credit, and no change will be given.
  • E-gift cards expire 3 years after the date of purchase.
